Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day, on which the goods were taken into possession by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer (who is not the carrier).

 

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., by email or by post) of the decision to withdraw from this contract must be sent to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If this contract is revoked, all payments made for the goods, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of the revocation.

The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds may be refused until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

 

Return of the Goods

The goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the revocation was declared.

The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The consumer shall bear the costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

The consumer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

 

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
  • digital content, if the performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has given their express consent.
