Right of Withdrawal

If you have any questions regarding your order or if any parts are missing, please contact us first by telephone at +49 15510 580097 or by email at support@invy-elektro.de. In many cases, the issue can be resolved easily without requiring a return.

All goods are inspected for damage before dispatch. If an item nevertheless arrives damaged or has a defect for which you are not responsible, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with the statutory warranty provisions.

If, however, the return is made for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect order and is not due to a defect in the goods, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Invy GmbH, Heuanger 3, 31171 Nordstemmen, Germany, email: support@invy-elektro.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. For the fastest possible processing, we recommend sending your withdrawal by email to support@invy-elektro.de with the subject line “Withdrawal”. 

You may use the model withdrawal form provided on this page, although this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation, for example by email, that we have received your withdrawal. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

  • Goods that are made individually according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. The goods were produced specifically for you and therefore cannot be sold to another customer.

  • The right of withdrawal for digital content expires as soon as performance of the contract has begun, provided that the consumer has expressly consented and confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal when performance begins.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract (see note: Return of Products). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
