These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders and contracts concluded via our online shop invy-shop.de.

They explain how orders, payments, deliveries, and returns are handled and which rights customers have.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

After submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

The purchase contract is only concluded once shipment of the goods has been confirmed or the goods have been delivered.

 

4. Prices, Payment, and Processing

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Additional shipping costs may apply and are shown separately during the checkout process.

Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping is carried out via DHL, UPS, or comparable shipping service providers.

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Invy GmbH until full payment has been made.

 

8. Warranty and Defect Rights

The statutory warranty rights pursuant to Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply.

Any additional manufacturer warranties exist only if they are expressly stated in the product description.

 

9. Liability

Invy GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, Invy GmbH is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

 

10. Data Protection

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
